BUG (PC Steam ver.) : Open cutscenes have no sound

I'm having trouble when watching cutscene for the level. There is no music or sound in cutscene.

When I first install and play the game it work normally.

But recently, there is no sound in the cutscene of each level.

When cutscene finish or I choose to skip it, then play on the main game. There is sound and music normally.

So I choose to play the earlier level that I already played. And these too have the bug and have no sound or music in cutscene.

I think this happen only on the cutscenes for each level, because when I select to see credit movie, it play sound and music normally.

My PC specs:

- DirectX 11 lastest version;

- Windows 7 Ultimate x64;

- Intel® Core i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz (4 CPUs);

- 8 Gb RAM;

- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti with the latest drivers.

- HeadPhone (Realtek High Definition Audio)

Hi XerothXawiar,

This is the first time I've heard of this issue, but one thing you might want to try is to download and run the latest DirectX installer (again). We use Bink for playing the cinematics and for whatever reason some people have had issues with black cinematics, where re-running the DirectX installer has resolved the issue for them, even when they've had recent versions of DirectX already installed.

Can't promise this will fix the issue, but it's worth a shot.
