Mod request - Logical notifications

Hi all,

I've been playing ONI for a bit and I think a new component would be extremely handy: a logical component that, while active, displays a custom white notification on the top left of the screen (along other game notifications).

The idea is pretty simple: a logical gate (similar to the NOT Gate) which does not apply any modifier (if receives an ACTIVE signal sends an ACTIVE signal and vice versa) with a text field containing any string. While ACTIVE a notification is displayed with the text associated to the component, while INACTIVE the notification is hidden.

Implementing a Gate would allow this component to be extremely flexible: you can just hook it up to any existing automation system and receive a notification when required (IE: water level is low, number of germs too high, system is about to overheat... the limit is your immagination).
