It is 5x1 tiles in size and can be flipped. It can generate power comparable to that of a steam turbine at full power and could be exploited like the previous versions of the steam turbine. The issue with this is that Escher waterfalls exist, meaning waterfalls that feed themselves. Also, pumps take a constant amount of power to move water up.
