bento Box Work Station

Recommended Posts

We should have a bento box work station, inspired by @RonEmpire 's suggestion about morality bonus from food variety.

Spoiler

Example 1: A Bento-box has 2 slots which must have 2 different food. One contains 800 cal, one contains 200 cal. The basic food bonus is the bonus from the better food. (Then you can also have a food diversity bonus)

Example 2: A Bento-box has 2 slots, one must be vegen, and the other has to be non-vegen. The basic food bonus is the bonus from the better food.

Example 3: A Bento-box has 3 slots, one must be vegen, and one must be non-vegen, it has to contain 3 different food. The basic food bonus is the bonus from the best food.

You get the idea.

And a Bento Box Workstation will be needed.

A Bento Box Workstation is essentially a regular ice box with a giant table on top of it and a microwave.

Workstation appoints one bento box recipe and its storage will contain what the recipe requires to make that bento box.

Every dupe will have to work on their own food before eating, namely, take out things, put them together, and microwave them to have actually warm and hearty meal. And let's say that each workstation can accommodate 4 dupes at same time.

------

Or a workstation can just be a table with microwave with no storage, and it can be individual small table top.

And ta-da

What if this was a high tier mess table. It could hold around 3000 kcal as a complex meal that has to be composed out of at least 2 types of food and it would keep it in sterile atmosphere until the dupe goes to eat. The downside is that someone has to deliver the food to the tables.

you know how in real world, people use nitrogen gas to extend food's shelf life. Maybe that big mess table should allow this too. Maybe added downside can be gas leaks from time to time, and we need refill with gas bottles which will make gas pump useful maybe
