It needs to be added to the consumable screen where we can control which dupes are allowed to consume it. Also- I recommend taking a look at the production chain and balance for salt vine. I think salt vine (wild) shouldn't consume chlorine but can be submerged in chlorine. or reduce its chlorine consumption.
