Mafic is in for a while and could be in the stone hatch diet especially now that it`s in the rust biome. Speaking of rust smooth hatches could eat that and output iron (if you don`t want to use the rust deoxydizer). If not that they at least need to eat aluminum ore. Sage hatches could eat lumber as it`s organic and those guys always lacked some proper "heavy" food. Changing lumber into coal actually increases it`s value so it`s a win-win (might be even a bit overpowered).
