tealzone Posted July 4, 2019 Share Posted July 4, 2019 My computer seems to always blue screen right after i'm done playing don't starve together. It never happens when I'm playing the game it just happens a few seconds after I decide to exit the game. Does anyone know why this would happen or if there is anything to fix it? CarlZalph Posted July 4, 2019 Share Posted July 4, 2019 Bluescreens happen when there's a hardware error. This could range from the CPU/GPU to something as a sound card exploding. You may get more information from your bluescreen dumps via bluescreenview from nirsoft- it may tell you which component is doing the fishstick. I'm going to assume it's a GPU thing, as most people play games fullscreen which the switch back from fullscreen to normal is handled from both the OS and GPU. You may need to get updated drivers, or rollback to more stable ones if you're manually installing non-OEM drivers.
