Zerathzul Posted June 17, 2019 Share Posted June 17, 2019 With CoH coming back from the dead with a player-run group, I couldn't resist making a Dupe character. This Bubbles has the Beam Rifle powerset, because the graphic they use for it looks an awful lot like the ONI digging energy bolts, and the Regeneration powerset, because dupes heal so freakishly fast.
