ponticus_ Posted May 31, 2019 Share Posted May 31, 2019 Hello! I'm new to writing in any general discussions for games. But I do love this game, so I thought I'd give this a try. I'm keen to hear any advice someone may have. Later today I went to buy the '$8.50 Wortox Skins' in the shop in game. To get the character and to also give some support to the Klei company! Although unfortunately my transaction failed through steam to Paypal. Because my laptop lagged and froze, closing the Paypal tab. So the payment didn't go through, Its not unlike my laptop to freeze, as it does this from time to time with its fair age. Note that I wasn't charged the $8.50 and I didn't receive the skins. So I thought no biggie, I'll just try re-purchase and try again. But when I went to do so in game, I was greeted with this message on screen when I clicked on Item Collection from the home game page. 'Unfortunately you failed to download your item collection, would you like to try again?" but as much as I click 'yes'. It'll do a loading sequence but it will do nothing but just take me back to the same warning message. And if I click 'No' it'll just take me back to the home screen. And because of the tab box, I cannot customise or go to the shop again, as It is blocking me from doing what I wish. Anyone else had this problem? Or is there another way I can purchase the $8.50 skins? Cause I know only the 'Wortox Deluxe Chest' is only available on steam. Or do I have to purchase that to be able to use the Item Collection section again? Thanks!! Thanks Hello! sorry for the late reply, I haven't been on. I personally also sent an email to the company around the same time posting this. And received a reply back yesterday and thankfully the issue has been resolved! Although, thank you for your reply to my post I appreciate it.
