Clicking the (useless) messagebox, opening the skill window, select new skill. Next, only a fraction of a second later: Message "hey your dupe has aquired a skill point! GOGOGO!!!! Check! Do! Be happy!!!!" I suggest to postpone the first message, if another Dupe will get a skill point too within a certain timeframe. Just to prevent an anoying click-orgy.
