Begin with bernie skin

Since you can always fix bernie when he reaches 0% durability, and you can only have one BERNIE! active at the time (without exploits), It whould be cool If you could start the game with the Bernie skin (if you have it, and it's active). Maybe do it for other characters and items suck as Wigfröid helmet and spear, willow's lighter and Max book/Wes ballons/Webber spider nest/Woodie Lucy/Wendy flower in case they get one skin in the future.
