Tubers: a suggested tweak

I'd love it if tubers could be planted/replanted like they are in real life. It could use the same mechanic as the cork trees with needing one manure to replant it,or just plant it straight into the ground, alternatively they could repopulate and spread during Lush season when they are in bloom. They would only grow if planted on the painted sand turf.

I just think that they should be a renewable resource growing so close to the thunder birds who have burned down many a tuber tree while zapping me, and seeing as growing tubers in reality is so easy. I think it would be a small change that wouldn't alter play style or the balance of the world.

It kind of makes sense, really. But I think it'd have to be restricted somehow, as Blooming Tubers with Bundling Wrap is simply too strong of a food.
