Why are we still using raw ore when we could be using the refined version of it? 2 Alloy, 4 Twigs, 100 uses With this, we could be using the same durability as if we'd made the Shears separately, with 20 extra uses. Plus, it beats the inferior shears breaking constantly. Doesn't feel reliable for long journeys. Thoughts? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Could work the same way for the ball-pein hammer, heck all the iron ore items as well (magnifying glass, gold pan). More refined treasure hunting. And potentially a more energy efficient candle hat, could use honey/beeswax and reeds for a longer burning head equipped light source (yes I know the minerhat still exists, but I want a more dapper/Hamlet fitting hat haha).
