QoL2: Have dupe stats gotten better?

I had one +8 learning initially and several +5 without even trying for them (I don't take flatulent, interior designers, or disabled dupes like yokels and no negative stats, but I did not optimize for learning). This seems to be much better than before. Does not break the game, more of a minor adjustment and one I welcome.

Am I imagining things, or do you have seen the same thing?

My impression is that they upped the variation possible for each dupe, in both directions. I've seen dupes with more negative traits than before, and more positive - I've seen up to 4 at once. I imagine it's a similar situation for their base stats.
