leakage of gas or liquids into pipes almost breaking

Could put small leaks in the pipe / gas pipe when it is half broken or with a percentage of life smaller than half before breaking it completely.

A second option would be a small lightning strike in the duplicators that pass near half-broken wires, depending on the power of the wire greatly increasing its stress.

These implementations make the game more realistic and we become more concerned with pipes / tubes / wires scattered throughout the colony
