imsomony Posted December 19, 2018 Share Posted December 19, 2018 You obtain drops from playing games on Steams - regular cards, card packs, or foil cards/packs. You use them to create badges to put on your Steam profile. Foil cards sell for more because they're mush more rare to achieve as a drop.
