Need 1 Willow change

Hi

I would like Willow to be more susceptible to cold whether through rain or winter.  I would like a -120 cold resistance added to her whether or not she's wearing items.

It will only work by deceasing existing insulation to maximum of 0. So if you dont have any clothes and have inherited insulation of -120 your total insulation would be 0. If you wore a hat that gives +60 insulation, total would be still 0. If you wear beefalo hat that gives 240 insulation, the total would be 120. 

That chunk of code basically reduces effectiveness of insulating clothes, but does not make your character be more susceptible to cold without clothes
