7EhD2u1W
My savefile currectly in the beta channel, is there any chance to rollback to release channel when the qol officially updated in 3 days later? (Tried to load save file that run in beta test in the release ver (209640), the game just crashed.) dallion
If there is no misunderstanding, you don`t need to do anything, when QOL1 published, NOI will auto-updated, and the beta branch is no longer exist, and your saves will auto merge to the new master branch. but if you want to rollback to an elder version, your game will absolutely crashed Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/100383-rollback-release-ver-from-beta-test/#findComment-1129772 Share on other sites

SharraShimada
You can never go back to an old stable release from a beta-save, because it contains data, not present in the old release. So thats normal. But your save will be fine, once the current beta is considered stable. You can still play with it then. The only thing you may keep in mind is, the devs may change things like world generation and such things, not changing your present game. For example: If they add new plants to the world (like they did this time) they wont spawn in an old generated world.
