JanH Posted December 10, 2018 Share Posted December 10, 2018 Generally, when having issues with installing an update or downloading new game apps, the steps provided by Microsoft Xbox Support team should resolve these: https://support.xbox.com/en-CA/xbox-one/store/download-game-problem Should the issue persist, and if you have the "Instant On" option enabled for your system, this forces the system to keep all active apps data in your system's memory. Try temporarily disabling Instant On, then fully turning off your Xbox One (outside of a rest mode) as this asks the system to delete the data eating up your system's active memory - which should allow any queued downloads or installs to start.
