Niko's hat will now always be craftable without tech, even at the higher crafting difficulty options.
Added some labels for configurations.
Forgot to mention on a previous changelog that Niko can keep their lightbulb on death.
The same now applies to the broken version.
You can now equip the ram shirt, won't be visible though.

Ram Shirt is now actually visible.
It also now actually decays.
You can also configurate how fast it decays.
It also give a little bit of sanity now.
