Hello I'm a little bit confused :) You wrote "someone from the DST Workshop" so i asume the Character is for Don't Starve Together? Because the Folder is called Illya-ROG (for Reigns of Giants?) . Well as it is it does not seem to be compatible with Reign of Giants (at least not for me) but I would love to play her in Singleplayer ^^
