Vincie
Well... Air gets compressed, temperature changes adiabatically due to pV=nRT, the temperature of compressed air is going qulibrious to temperature of cooling water, the air is released and it adiabatically goes cooler. What is not to be understood? Why is that not in game? I know I can make a system cooled by CO2 from gas generators and then release the CO2 to the void (or else), but this setup is just plain retarded. Masterpintsman
Adiabatic (de)compression was asked from several times, as was phase change enthalpy. Time will tell if we get it (so we can recommend ONI as a physics trainer to schoolkids) or not (for both).
