I feel part of the issue here would be remedied by allowing sleep time to be shortened individually for those with comfy beds or barrack bonuses.

It always bothered me that barracks and comfy bed bonuses ultimately mean nothing as stamina will reach 100% even with a basic cot in the open given the VERY long night period. If we could shorten the sleeping period for duplicants with nice rooms, it would allow for more work time so that recreation has more of an importance given the longer stressful work hours they now commit to.

This would also help with what @goboking wants to accomplish, by giving his higher QoL dupes nice beds so they can trade a little extra sleep for additional rec time without having to cut into their work schedule.
