Game doesn't give "Rook" achievement on SF difficulty

I've killed Rook twice now and still haven't gotten the achievement not sure about other bosses

Steps to Reproduce

1. Kill Rook on SF with a legacy account

2. Nothing happens with achievement progress

Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
