多人連線問題 Multi-person connection problem

Thanks for your patience with this long-lasting issue. Now that the The Powers-A-Plenty Update is out, can you try again? Avoid testing on a Tuesday because Steam often has login issues on Tuesday.

 

Our guess is that you're failing to connect to Klei servers, but we can tell more with a log. After you experience failure to connect to a friend and after waiting on "Connecting..." for 30 seconds, Follow this guide to find your log and attach it here. Or hit F8 and paste a link to this report in the body of your feedback so we know it's you.

I discovered an update related to online connectivity today.
Attempts at multi-user online connectivity failed.
There seems to be a new error.
Attached is the log.

Thank you for the log. It says you had an SSL connection issue. This could be related to your firewall or router configuration. Some questions:

1. Have you played other Klei games online and are they currently able to connect?
2. Are you able to view the different game pages on https://www.klei.com/ or your Klei account on https://accounts.klei.com/login ?

There are differences between the network tech in our games, but it would be helpful to know if whether you can connect to our servers.

We put out a new build 739860 today with more logging to help track down what exactly is wrong your issue. Can you post a log from that build? Please make sure it says REV. 739860 in the top right.

 

Woah, you're fast! That new log had more information about what's wrong:

[00:00:01.980]: [kiln net]: configureSSL error 268435581, error:1000007d:SSL routines:OPENSSL_internal:CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED

This means that when your computer tried to connect to our servers, it wasn't able to confirm that our server certificates were valid and refused the connection. That could be due to the certificates installed on your PC or an issue with your connection.

Some questions that might help narrow down the issue:

1. Have you played other Klei games online and are they currently able to play online? Which ones?
2. Are you able to view the different game pages on https://www.klei.com/ and your Klei account on https://accounts.klei.com/login ?
3. The log says you're using Windows 10 Home 10.0.26200 64-bit. Does that look correct? Can you check if there are any Windows updates that you can apply?
4. Are you using a Pi Hole or any other router, gateway, or proxy that might be interfering with your network traffic?

Just finished downloading and testing.
It allows joining multiplayer games with other players.

Multiplayer mode was working perfectly fine before the game's official release.
This is very strange.

That text is correct. So your game is for some reason seeing something different than your browser is. Very odd. What about going to cmd and running
