This power shoots its projectile the moment the player clicks the left mouse button, not the moment the player shoots the arrow.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Equip a bow.
2. Obtain the "High Ruler" power in a run.
3. Spam dodge and light attack simulatenously.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
