When using the Keening it maintains a focused first attack and every other shot is unfocused. This is reflected in the gameplay in the keening for shockwave and backfire of the Keening, but not the visuals. At a full stock of ammo the Keening's explosion during a shockwave/backfire appears red/orange like a unfocused attack. (Shown below)

This is the opposite issue when the Keening remains with 1/2 ammo its shockwave/backfire will appear blue despite doing unfocused damage. (shown below)

Steps to Reproduce
1. Use the Keening's Full/2/1 ammo shockwave or backfire
2. Notice how the visuals are the opposite color of the type of damage
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
