WX-78 getting shocked by tingling nodes despite being a robot in newest skill tree update on PS4

Steps to Reproduce

Set up tingle node fence and step through 

Go to bugs

I doubt this is a bug. All clockworks get electrocuted as well. Plus iff you have an electric circuit plugged in you don't.

the wiki is out of date in a lot of places. i dont think anyone is keeping up on it atm
