Wont let me invite, the tab is gone

Do you mean it's one of the Klei servers, or someone else's public server?

This can happen if there's a problem with the PSN connection, either for you or for the server itself. It should fix itself the next time the world is started, but in the meantime invites will remain disabled.

It is my public server, I really don't know what happened, it just started happening, even persisting after leaving

people can join, though I cannot invite others though.

Your settings shouldn't matter, it's strictly a PSN thing. Shutting down and restarting the server should usually fix it. I'm not sure what could be happening in your specific case but I'll look into it when I'm able.
