Unable to attack Resting Horror

Even when my san value is below 15%, I still can‘t attack Resting Horror. When I use the attack key, I can only hit the chair:(

Steps to Reproduce

San value is below 15%

Find Resting Horror in cave

Use the attack key

I can only hit the chair

 

Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Same, PC players can just click but our force attack prioritises the chair.

I think I had some success using a projectile weapon and locking on to it? But I had to keep shooting as I recall.

Could you try this when having zero sanity with your controller?

Changed Status to Can't Reproduce

I have the same problem, j attacked the chair but not the mob.

Fortunately yesterday I finally found a solution.

Get close to the shadow creature and once the chair is targeted just press whatever key you have mapped for 'next target' until you get the shadow creature.
