Ps5 game not saving progress

So I was on day 109 before this all happened. I was in the caves at the time right before fighting the fuel weaver. Whenever I would make progress in the world, no matter what I did, it would save correctly while in the game. When I exited the game and opened it back up, the world would roll back to day 109 no matter how far I progressed.

It seems to only happen when I close the game, otherwise, it saves as normal. It always reverts me back to the same day no matter what when I close the game. 

Steps to Reproduce

I am not sure what caused it. It is always on a certain day. No matter how far I move ahead or roll back, I always get stuck on the same day.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I have mentioned this before as well with no acknowledgement. I had one world go back nearly a whole year. I always know when it's going to happen because it won't show a saving icon on the title screen when after I log out. It has essentially made the game unplayable, which is a bummer, BUT skill tree progress still saves for some reason so I've been working through each characters skill tree that I haven't maxed yet. Hopefully they fix this soon instead of ignoring it like they have seemingly been doing.

This continues to be an issue. I had a friend lose their progress. They lost at least 50+ days.
