[PS4]hosting isn't possible anymore(it's possible again)

Ok Short update you can host again but what was that ? I'm not sure if it fixed itself or someone fixed it but if it isn't fixed could mean it could still get a problem in the future .

PSN was having some issues; unfortunately that's out of our hands.

Hm I was able to play on dedicated server just hosting wasn't possible. Are you sure that was PSN?

Without getting into too much detail: hosting and joining a server on a PS4 requires PSN, while a hosting and joining a klei hosted dedicated server does not. However features which rely on PSN, like invitations and presence, would not work on dedicated servers either during PSN outages.
