OK, when you get that 403 that's not correct, you should be getting "OK".

Can you view the SSL cert and send me a screenshot? Here's what I see in Chrome.

Hello again, i can't wait any longer . What's the problem , why i can't play about 4 mounts.
I can't play not  PS4 version and PC version. When this problem will be solved.

Turns out there's sanctions against Crimea, it's blocked for us by our cloud provider and we can't legally fix it. Even if we accidentally fixed it, if someone from Crimea reported it fixed on the forums we'd have to break it again.

But i heard that's the game is not working in Ukraine too, but there is no sanctions against Ukraine. How can it be possible?

Every time we've checked the IP has been in Crimea. As for what country people consider Crimea to be a part of, that's a matter of politics and outside our scope as video game developers. Unless sanctions against Crimea change there's not really anything further I can do for you. Sorry.
