Dynamic content error and pig king not working Ps4

Everytime I log into the game it says "Due to an error, Dynamic content loading has been disabled." If I click "I understand" the game starts but the pig king event doesn't work. When I give him a belt he just waves his hand and doesn't except it.  If I click "Re-enable" the game gets stuck in an endless loading screen. I waited an hour once and still nothing.

Steps to Reproduce
Just click play and allow to log into the game.

Thank you. I'm going to read it. I'm not getting the dynamic content error but pig king doesn't work unless the event is over. But thanks for the update.
