When you got bait in you backpack you can only “remove” it , which does nothing. You have to move it into your main inventory to be able to use it.
Steps to Reproduce
Put bait in your backpack and try to use it(bait as in berries and seeds)

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
