I managed to entomb a dupe in a unpowered mechanized airlock...
I noticed that in DLC mechanized airlock are a bit.. weird, as in "dupes stay in one side of the airlock door while finishing jobs in the other side" or "dupes stay for a couple of seconds deep in thought in one side of the closed door waiting for it to open again"
How this specific entombed dupe happened:
I finished my last playing session here
before digging/building the ladder to space, knowing there is some ceiling collapse. Though, I forgot about that and loaded the save file to check something quickly but noticed the entombed alert. (I never saw a door entombed dupe before in the base game and even after the snow melted the dupe stayed there entombed inside the door)
Reload at "entombed" point frees the dupe (didn't know that the first time... I just send another dupe to open the door from another planetoid...)
After that I reloaded the save file several times (lost count.. maybe 20) but couldn't pinpoint when exactly it happens. It never happened when I was watching the dupe closely (50/50 trapped or nothing happening) but if I load the save and before unpausing, I immediately go to the other planetoid and then unpause and "observe" it (zooming in and out, looking around the map) it happens 1/3 of the time (entombed, trapped/ceiling collapse, nothing). In the first save file you can also observe the weird behavior of mechanized airlock when the dupe tries to cross it after ceiling collapse/trapped (sometimes..)
Run save "Space Hut 315" a couple of times for half a cycle or until night time watching Beautista and not Grossazon
