When tiles approach 30 C they will lock at the temperature and occasionally flash their real temperature as demonstrated in the clip below:

I've tried everything from restarting my computer, testing on other PCs, trying on a new world, getting others to test, verifying game files and reinstalling. None of it works and I can't play the game, it primarily happens when I cool with aquatuners.
Steps to Reproduce
Download the save file and enter the world, press F3 and look at the temperature of the tiles.
