The rocket stops refueling

I've found that you can reproduce the issue any time you try to refuel on a different asteroid than where you last refueled. Saving and re-opening your game resolves the issue, and your rocket becomes paired with the asteroid you're currently on - and it'll only refuel on that paired asteroid.

I also encountered this issue after sending my rocket to orbit another planet (ie, it did not land) and then returning to the original planet. It did not land anywhere else.
