Supply Teleporter Won't Enable

I'm running the Public Testing build. I've had a Field Researcher analyze both the input and output Supply Teleporter. However, both are showing Teleporter Disabled (1/2) and I seem to have no way to fix it.

In your case, the Supply Teleporter Input for Beautolin will link up with the Supply Teleporter Output for Stinkina, not the Supply Teleporter Output on Beautolin. The Supply Teleporter Output for Beautolin links up instead with the Supply Teleporter Input for Stinkina.

You have to go to the other world and activate the matching Supply Teleporters there to use them.

The game could be clearer on this.
