Storage containers on load (Base game through DLC)

Apart from the obvious changes a base colony needs when the merging of base game and DLC is complete (food storage, powered deodorizer) there is a behavior when opening a base game save that seems troubling...

On save load all storage containers reset their configuration (also refrigerators, automatic dispenser, power control station, critter/fish feeders)

There are so many in a colony of 500+ cycles I don't know where to begin shorting this mess... :hopelessness:

Steps to Reproduce

Load save. Check any solid storage container. Notice that every storage container is like it was just built/reset (solid materials are in front of it and not inside)
