Spacefarer module gets entombed in ice

The screenshot i made somehow didn`t save so i`ll try to explain what happened. The fresh build spacefarer module on my rocket suddenly started getting entombed. A solid ice block was appearing in the middle where the door is. Digging it up didn`t help as it kept reappearing. Took me a while to find the cause. It was the water i pumped to the module. It was -2 C so not low enough to freeze in pipes and it was acting just fine as long as there was room for it inside the module. But once the pipes inside backed up the water began forming the block. The block was increasing in mass as more water was flowing in. Only after i stopped the water flowing in i could get rid of the ice block.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build a spacefarer module (should work with the nosecone as well)
2. Get some water that`s between 0 and -3 degrees. Not cold enough to freeze in pipes but below freezing point.
3. Pump the said water into the module and make sure the pipes inside back up.

User Feedback

I can provide some screenshots to accompany. I disable access to the platform and the ice infinitely stacked until it hit the upper bounds of the map.

How cold was the ice? Was it ice blocks around 0°C (e.g. -5 or -10°C) or closer to 0 K (-272°C)?

Ice was around -5°C. Later i also had the blocks form at the liquid loader for the landing pad and in another game on an electrolizer. I kept digging it out but if i left it i would form towers like those in the screenshots.
