When the "Space above rocket is blocked" was once displayed in the rocket build menu, it never disappears (until reload; and it is even shown on other rockets which have never been blocked).
Steps to Reproduce
- Build a Launch Pad
- Build some non-rocket stuff (e.g. ladders) directly above the Launch Pad

Try to build a rocket module
- "Space above rocket is blocked" warning correctly appears

Deconstruct ladders
- "Space above rocket is blocked" warning still displayed
