Rover lander staying around, unclickable, after load it's gone

The dead robot has been left behind since the beginning, so likely intended. I think you can melt it though.

Not sure if it is blocking anything, but we should probably be able to have dupes deconstruct it or something. The ticket was mainly about the lander btw, but the rover should be easily cleanuppable too imo
