Hovering over it on their info box says it reduces absorbed radiation, just like a dupe, however there's no absorbed radiation line.

Steps to Reproduce
Deploy a Rover somewhere where it can access Basic Rad Pills, watch it take one every cycle.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
