Rocket ports will still load cargo into their internal storage (i.e. 10 kg of Oxygen) when disabled via automation. This happens when unloading the rocket or loading from ducts/pipes/etc.
Steps to Reproduce
Disable a rocket port via automation (tested with liquid and gas, did not try solid)
Land a rocket with cargo to be unloaded or pipe in resources to the port.
The port will store said resources in it's internal storage.
If loading it will then load those resources into the rocket, and only those resources. i.e. 10 kg of Oxygen.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
