Rocket - Notifications Have Gone Missing

Didn't we used to get a notification that a Rocket has arrived in orbit and is idle or something similar? Now when my Rocket arrives at a Planetoid I don't seem to get any notifications.

 

Steps to Reproduce

1) Launch a Rocket to a Planetoid. I noticed this as I was doing deliveries to a Planetoid without a Landing Pad.

2) Wait for the Rocket to arrive at the Planetoid.

3) Notice that there is no notification.

Yes... It's been a couple of updates that I noticed that happened. Probably around re-rocketry..? But I'm not sure. It also gives a "low oxygen" notification in rocket if you select "crew-only" with no duplicant selected even if there is enough oxygen inside..
