Small petroleum engine landing on new planet has fuel become 0kg

I checked in orbit beofre landing and rocket showed 300kg of fuel 

Steps to Reproduce

Fly small petroleum engine rocket with liquid oxidizer to new planet. 

When rocket lands, fuel show correct amount until touchdown, then fuel becomes 0 kg, then dupes are stuck and can't fly back without a fuel source.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Happened for me with the large fuel tank and a large petrol rocket. Full fuel there and none when landing. Was only 2 tiles away and it had a 6 tile range remaining

It seems that even launching a rocket to orbit and back empties fuel storage. Even for CO2 and sugar engines :?

Changed Status to Fixed

This will be fixed in the next update to public_testing. All the fuel tanks have this issue.
