Research requests "advanced research skill" while two dupes with the skill exist (and one of them is already researching)

Steps to Reproduce

Load save, unpause. Open research, deselect and reselect "solid transport" research. Exit research. Wait 1-2 seconds until alert pops.

I wonder if this is related to the issue with new Atomic Collider issue:

When it's awaiting for High Energy Particles, the message states "No Researchers assigned.
