Printing pod timer reset

i had a new asteroid with no porta-pod. during the time i build few things on that asteroid. my 3 cycle timer was ready to print something for others asteroids printing pod/porta-pod. I build a porta-pod on the new asteroid, and the timer start again to 3 cycles left.

Steps to Reproduce

1- get a new asteroid
2- get your printing pod ready on your main base

3- build a porta pod on the new asteroid.

4- timer is reset for all asteroid, and you didn't choose anything.
