User Feedback

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

If you build porta-pod at the other planetoid, you should activate that first to use printing pod properly. They are linked.

Right but it stops care packages from being available at ANY planet. So no care packages at any of my other colonies with activated printing pods.

I found out that if you disable and enable the Original no copy Printing Pod on the Start Base it activates the timer again. There is probably a state missing for the Save so the Printing Pod gets not triggerd on load.

I also had this one while Playing when i wanted to start the Porta Pod on the Seccond Asteroid but choose not to. It seems it still triggerd a stop on the Start Base Printing Pod here also i just Disabled and Enabled it again.

Same happens if e.g. you remove or replace the tile below one porta-pod anywhere, it resets the timer. I like that the timer is linked, but it should only reset if one of them actually prints something, don't you think? I mean, using the random output to instantly spawn food via save-scumming to make the start on a new asteroid easier is a bit far fetched. I guess the system is about preventing this with the 3 cycle cool down, but it causes problems, while solving only a very weak "trick".
